LABUAN BAJO, May 11 — Malaysia intends to explore cooperation with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the fields of energy and climate change, especially on capacity building, technical assistance and green economy.

KUALA LUMPUR, March 17 — Southeast Asian countries, which are recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic, can benefit from investments in green infrastructure, digital transformation, big data, and revenue mobilisation through tax reform, said the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
